Rapper Offset found himself at the center of a tense confrontation while in Monaco this week after accusing a driver of aggressively handling several women.
Video obtained by TMZ shows the former Migos star visibly upset as he confronted a driver outside a vehicle during what witnesses described as a chaotic street incident. In the footage, Offset can be heard repeatedly accusing the man of putting his hands on women and allegedly grabbing them by the neck. (TMZ)

According to reports, the incident occurred in Monaco shortly after the city’s Formula 1 Grand Prix festivities. Witnesses claimed the driver was acting aggressively toward women near the vehicle, with some alleging he was pulling hair and forcibly attempting to remove women from the car. (TMZ)
Offset appeared to have little patience for the situation. In the video, he can be heard warning the driver that if he saw him put his hands on another woman, he would handle the situation himself. Tensions escalated as a crowd gathered around the vehicle, and at one point another individual appeared to physically intervene during the dispute. (TMZ)
Fortunately, the confrontation did not appear to turn into a full-blown fight. The video ends before any punches are thrown, and there have been no reports of arrests or anyone being detained in connection with the incident. (TMZ)
While details surrounding the encounter remain limited, social media users have been debating whether Offset was simply standing up for women he believed were being mistreated or if the situation could have been handled differently.
As of now, neither Monaco authorities nor representatives for Offset have publicly commented on the incident.
