🇹🇭 A Taste of Home in Pattaya, Thailand: My Visit to Kick'n Chicken

When I travel, I love experiencing the local culture, but every now and then it's nice to enjoy a little taste of home. During one of my visits to Pattaya, Thailand, I had the opportunity to stop by Kick'n Chicken, and it quickly became one of my favorite food experiences in the city.

I had the pleasure of sitting down with owner Tommy Watson, who, along with his lovely wife, made me feel incredibly welcome from the moment I walked through the door. Their hospitality was genuine, and it was easy to see why so many people enjoy spending time there.

As for the food... it definitely did not disappoint.

I enjoyed flavorful hot wings, creamy mac and cheese, perfectly seasoned collard greens, and some of the freshest, juiciest slices of watermelon I've ever tasted. Every bite reminded me that great comfort food can be found in some of the most unexpected places around the world.

Beyond the delicious meal, what stood out most was the atmosphere. Kick'n Chicken offered a warm, relaxed environment where locals, expats, and travelers could come together over great food and even better conversation.

Looking back at this video today, I'm honestly amazed at how much The Chat with Miss Hollywood has grown since that visit. Watching it now brings back wonderful memories and reminds me just how far this platform has come.

With another trip to Thailand right around the corner, I think it's only fitting that I stop back in to see Tommy and his wonderful wife for an updated interview. I'd love to catch up, hear what's new, and share their story with all of you once again.
